The Foxboro Sports Center welcomes our new Skating Director, Karen Bressler, who believes learning to skate should be a positive experience in your life. It should a FUN activity, providing great exercise through a sport that can teach life lessons.
Learn to skate classes are available for ALL AGES and will prepare you to continue on into figure skating or hockey programs.
Learn to skate is offered throughout the year, each session running 7-9 weeks, on Mondays and Saturdays.
We also have Tiny Tots for ages 3-6 years offered during weekday public session.
Helpful tips:
- Please arrive 20 minutes prior to class to allow plenty of time to get skates on and get organized.
- Wear comfortable layers with long sleeves and water repellent pants, (snow pants recommended for tiny tots), gloves or mittens.
- Helmets are required (bike helmet accepted)
- Figure skates are recommended, hockey skates are acceptable, NO double runners.
- Rental skates are available in our pro shop for a small fee.

The Foxboro Sports Center LTS program is an excellent introduction to ice
skating for children ages 4 and up interested in learning the basic
skills necessary to enjoy recreational skating or enter into a youth
hockey or figure skating program.
10:1 Student/Coach ratio
Classes consist of a 25-minute group lesson and a 25-minute practice
session.
First 2 classes are evaluated for level. |

Bridge
Class - Beta/Basic 5+ |
The Bridge program at FSC is intended for skaters interested in moving onto figure skating and would like to develop the skills already taught in the learn to skate program.
Skaters must be on Beta/Basic 5 Level for this program.
Student/Coach ratio 10:1

*We do not cancel classes for snow
except in a state of emergency.
NO Make up classes allowed.
Refund Policy: A $30 processing fee will be charged and no refund after the start
of the 2nd class.
Managment has discretion to cancel classes for low enrollment.
